Orbis Advantage Inc. guided a strategic planning session for Carbon County Economic Development Corporation. The strategic planning session aided the board in discussions to develop their long-term vision for the association and to identify the steps needed to reach these goals.

The team at Orbis helped the board establish steps and a vision for the next two years. Through facilitating discussions, surveying board members, and reviewing the association document, Orbis then drafted a strategic plan to guide Carbon County Economic Development Corporation turn their vision into reality.
