Lisa is an enterprising idea person who likes to share with others to help in their business and personal success. She was raised on cattle ranches in Wyoming and Colorado. She holds a Master of Organizational Development from Colorado Christian University, a B.S. in Communications from Eastern New Mexico University and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute. Her economic development career has spanned 20+ years and three states, with leadership roles at the county, regional and state level. She founded Orbis to enjoy the advantage of working on unique consulting projects while being actively involved on her husband’s family ranch at LaGrange, Wyoming. Lisa is equally as comfortable in the corporate board room or in the saddle.

Annie is a problem solver who enjoys bringing teams together to develop and execute solutions. She has worked in communications and economic development for more than fifteen years, as well as briefly venturing into the private industry of large manufacturing. Born and raised a Wyoming girl, Annie has grown up with a love of the outdoors – from camping, fishing, and hiking to running triathlons. Annie received both her undergraduate degree in Marketing and her MBA from the University of Wyoming. Annie is also a small business owner handling aviation ground operations.

Entrepreneurship & Agriculture

Colby is a lifelong learner and strategic thinker. He grew up on a family farm/ranch outside of Lingle, Wyoming. He received his education in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at the University of Wyoming, and an MBA in Sustainable Business Systems from Pinchot University in Seattle, Washington. His graduate studies focused on entrepreneurship and agriculture, and he was able to gain an additional certificate in Sustainable Agricultural Systems. He currently lives his passion daily, caring for the cattle herd, or in the cab of a tractor. In his part-time he is a marketing, agriculture, and entrepreneurship consultant.

LEADERSHIP

LeAnn is passionate about learning. Her servant leadership style helps others realize their true leadership potential. As the Co-Founder of the Orbis Academy, her empathy goes as far as her credentials to help others discover their best self. She earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Master’s in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Her experience spans the spectrum of education from elementary, special education, coaching, and K-12 administration. LeAnn’s drive and ambition for high performing organizations is also reflected in her personal life as a professional barrel racer.

Emily Haefele

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Emily is a graphic designer with a keen eye for images desired by her clients. Growing up in rural Wyoming on a farm and ranch, her experiences with agriculture have influenced her passion for organization and purposeful planning. Staying true to her roots, her designs convey a style that is simplistic and structured. She received her education in graphic design and public relations at the University of Wyoming and is the Co-Founder and Lead Designer at Roam Around Wear. Emily is a stay-at-home Mom, Ag Teacher/FFA Advisor’s Wife and Ranch Hand among many other titles that come her way. Special projects for Orbis provide the perfect creative outlet.

Kadra Clark

Kadra Clark

Business Marketing Intern

Kadra is a student at Chadron State College where she competes on the rodeo team and is working toward her Marketing and Design degree. Kadra also owns a photography business, “Kadra Marie Photography”, which she is very passionate about.  When Kadra is not working at Orbis or taking photographs, you can find her riding horses, in the gym working out, or playing with her corgi puppy, Clyde.
