Orbis Advantage, Inc. assessed the chamber and economic development organizations in Buffalo, Wyoming, and recommended strategies for realizing efficiencies to achieve a greater impact to support businesses and community organizations.
The Orbis team met with both boards, toured the communities of Buffalo and Kaycee, interviewed stakeholders, and reviewed documents and other materials provided by the organizations (bylaws, strategic plan, financials, annual reports, marketing plans, newsletters, policies, job descriptions, etc.).
The Sweetwater Economic Development Coalition (SEDC) participated a Values training with Lisa and the Orbis Team this Summer. Lisa helped our board navigate through the process of identifying our values and refining our mission and vision. We are very proud of the final outcomes of our work as board and staff. We appreciate Lisa and her team’s knowledge and enjoyed the opportunity to work with them again to help further our organization.
