Project Description
What is one of the most often overlooked components of a strategic plan, and yet forms the basis for marketing, staff retention and client satisfaction? Values are the compass that guides our personal and professional fulfillment. Orbis facilitated a workshop for Sweetwater County Economic Development Coalition to outline the process to identify core values and put them into action as the foundation of a strategic plan, marketing, or employee communications and training.
The strategic planning session helped the board discuss their long-term vision for the association and to identify what steps were needed to reach these goals. The team at Orbis helped the board establish steps and a vision for the next two years and turn their vision into reality.
