Homesteaders Museum – Strategic Planning

Project Description

Orbis Advantage Inc. guided a strategic planning session with the Goshen County Homesteader’s Museum. The strategic planning session guided the board in their discussion of developing a long-term vision for the association and supported the group as they refined the organization’s vision and mission. Orbis assisted the board in identifying the steps needed to reach these goals.  A final report was provided to the Goshen County Homesteader’s Museum board of directors.
